Cherries In The Snow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes Dream Whip
    1 c. cold milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 angel food cake
Preparation
    Mix Dream Whip according to directions on package.
    In separate mixing bowl, soften cream cheese; add confectioners sugar.
    Beat and fold in Dream Whip.
    Cut angel food cake into thin slices.
    Place a layer of cake in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Next add a layer of cream cheese mixture.
    Then a layer of cake and spoon remaining cream cheese mixture over cake.
    Top with cherry pie filling.
    Chill in refrigerator 6 to 8 hours before serving.
