Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small can boned chicken
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. cut, frozen broccoli, thawed
    1/8 c. milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil.
    Add remaining ingredients and pour in casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes (or may microwave on medium for 10 minutes).
