Fingerman Bread Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (11 oz.) pkg. refrigerated French loaves
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
1/4 c. dried minced onion
Preparation

Cut loaves into halves lengthwise.
Cut each half into 8 equal pieces, using sharp knife or scissors.
Pierce each piece 2 to 3 times with a fork to remove air bubbles.
Place melted butter in shallow dish.
Combine cheese and seasoning on a plate; put onion on separate plate.
Roll each piece of dough into an 8-inch log. Roll each log in butter, then in desired topping.
On a cookie sheet, bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 until browned, 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve warm with salsa, cheese or desired topping.
