Oh! So Good Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. cooked and chopped chicken or turkey breast
    2 c. cooked brown rice
    4 oz. reduced calorie Cheddar cheese
    paprika (if desired)
    6 Tbsp. light sour cream
    4 tsp. oil
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 c. salsa
    4 oz. chopped green chilies
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and onions.
    Add salsa and chilies. Cook until thick, about 5 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup of this mixture.
    In a 10-inch square pan, which has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, layer the chicken or turkey.
    Pour salsa mixture on top. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Mix reserved salsa, rice and sour cream.
    Place on top of meat.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake 5 more minutes.
