Peanut Butter Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. cornstarch
    3 c. milk (I use powdered)
    4 egg yolks
    4 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. peanut butter (crunchy)
    4 egg whites
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix together powdered sugar and cornstarch. Add milk and egg yolks and cook slowly until thick.
    Add butter, vanilla and peanut butter. Pour into cooled 9 or 10-inch baked crust. Beat egg whites until stiff and add sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
