Easy Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cut into uniform cubes.
    Cook in boiling salted water until done.
    Drain off potatoes.
    Let cool in refrigerator. Add your 2 boiled eggs chopped up.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
