Chicken Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless chicken breasts
    salt, pepper, basil and oregano
    8 thin slices Mozzarella cheese
    flour
    oil
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Pound
    chicken\tbreasts
    flat
    between\tsheets of waxed paper. Season
    with
    salt,
    pepper, basil and oregano.
    Place thin slice of cheese on top, roll up and seal edges.\tRoll in flour and pat off excess.
    Brown slowly in heated oil;
    remove after
    evenly browned.
    In same pan, add mushrooms and tomato sauce.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Replace
    chicken and simmer about 20 minutes, basting occasionally.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
