Scottish Shortbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. plain flour
4 oz. rice flour
8 oz. butter
4 oz. castor sugar
Preparation

Blend thoroughly butter and sugar.
Knead in flour.
Press with your hand into 2 round cakes, 3/4 inch thick.
Pierce with a fork.
Bake in a moderate oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
When cool, slice into 8 to 12 wedges.
