Lasagne #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lasagne noodles
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
    1 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. Parmesan cheese
    1 small onion
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook and drain lasagne while browning ground beef.
    When brown, drain excess fat (rinse for less cholesterol).
    Add spaghetti sauce, water, spices, salt and pepper to taste.
    Layer in 9 x 14-inch pan the sauce, noodles and cheeses in that order twice.
    Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Remove foil and let cheese brown.
    Let set a few minutes and serve. Makes approximately 8 average servings.
