Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch deep pie shell
    2 slices American cheese
    2 slices Swiss cheese
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1 c. cooked ham, shaved and chopped
Preparation
    Dice cheeses and place in pie shell.
    Add ham on top of cheese.
    Beat eggs and
    add
    half
    and
    half, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.\tPour mixture in pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes\t6 servings.
    Serve with fresh fruit or green salad.
