1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
1 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
2/3 c. cooking oil
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 hot peppers, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can Mexican corn (small can)
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
