Grilled Marinated Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork loin chops (1 to 1 1/4 inches thick)
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/3 c. orange juice
1/3 c. oil
1 Tbsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper (optional)
Preparation

In a glass dish, thoroughly combine all ingredients, placing pork chops in last.
Cover and marinate for at least four hours in refrigerator.
Place chops on grill 5 to 7 inches above charcoal. Sear quickly on high on both sides.
Turn fire down to low temperature and continue to cook for 20 to 25 minutes on each side or until done, turning chops occasionally, and brushing frequently with marinade.
