Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, sliced thin
    small onion, sliced
    pats of butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour
    Velveeta cheese, grated
    milk
Preparation
    Butter casserole dish.
    Layer potatoes and onion.
    Add pats of butter.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Sprinkle flour.
    Add layer of cheese.
    Continue until dish is full.
    Fill 1/2 bowl with milk. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
