Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped, frozen broccoli, partially cooked and drained
    1 c. rice
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. grated cheese (reserve 1/4 c.)
Preparation
    Mix well and pour into large casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
