Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. celery, chopped
1 Tbsp. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. crushed cornflakes
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cornflakes and butter together. Cover with the cornflakes and butter.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 10 to 12.
