Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. chopped broccoli
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    salt and pepper
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    1 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Cook broccoli, onion, oleo, salt and pepper together.
    Mix and heat chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, sliced mushrooms and milk.
    Next, add shredded Cheddar cheese and dissolved cornstarch. Simmer until hot.
