Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium tomatoes
    6 green onions, chopped
    10 soda crackers, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 Tbsp. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. green peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Scoop out tomatoes and save. Turn tomatoes upside down to drain. Saute the onions, celery and peppers in butter until soft, not brown. Chop tomato pulp. Combine with onions, celery, peppers, crackers and salt and pepper.
    Stuff tomatoes and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
    Drizzle with melted butter and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
