Marylee'S Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. sweet milk
    4 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 c. shortening
Preparation
    Place flour in \"biscuit tray\" or mixing bowl.
    Pack flour in center to make a hole for the remaining ingredients.
    Be careful to leave the flour on the sides in place.
    Add sugar, eggs, milk, shortening and flavoring in this order.
    Hand mix, adding flour from sides as needed.
    Knead to a smooth texture (stiff, not sticky).
    Place dough on a floured rolling board or wax paper. Roll to 1/8-inch in thickness.
    Cut tea cakes out and place on a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 10 minutes in a preheated oven.
