Easy Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 medium apples, sliced

Preparation

Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, sour cream and oil; beat 5 minutes with electric beater.
Combine nuts, sugar and cinnamon; pour 1/2 of batter into greased 10-inch tube pan or rectangular pan.
Arrange 1/2 of apples on top.
Sprinkle 1/2 of nut mixture. Repeat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool on rack for 30 minutes.
