French Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    1 qt. rich cream
    vanilla to taste
    milk
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks with 1 cup sugar until creamy.
    Stir into rich cream.
    Add vanilla or rum flavoring.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites; pour into freezer.
    Add enough milk to fill freezer.
