Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into 1/8-inch pieces and diced
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    4 tsp. soy sauce
    boiled rice
    2 c. bouillon
    2 green peppers
    4 small tomatoes, quartered
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Heat oil in heavy skillet.
    Add meat, salt, pepper, onion and garlic.
    Cook over moderately hot heat, stirring constantly, until meat is brown.
    Add bouillon and green peppers.
    Cover closely and cook over low heat 10 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and cook 1 minute longer.
    Blend together cornstarch, soy sauce and water.
    Add to skillet and cook 3 or 4 minutes longer, stirring constantly, until mixture is hot and sauce is thickened.
    Serve at once over hot rice.
