Tuscan Roast Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 8 garlic cloves, peeled
    1 Tbsp. dried rosemary
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 boneless pork loin roast (3 to 4 lb.)
Preparation
    In blender or food processor, combine garlic, oil, rosemary and salt.
    Blend until it turns into a paste.
    Rub over roast and let stand 30 minutes.
    Place on a greased baking rack, fat side up, in a roasting pan.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until internal temperature is 160\u00b0 to 170\u00b0.
    Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
    Yields 10 to 12 servings.
