Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker crumb pie shell
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped salted peanuts
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
    Beat in peanut butter and vanilla.
    In a small bowl, beat whipping cream until soft peaks form.
    Fold into peanut butter batter.
    Spoon into crust and sprinkle with peanuts.
    Chill at least 3 hours.
