Hamburger Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. chuck
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. au gratin potatoes
    2 1/4 c. water
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Fry ground chuck until brown; drain.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Heat to boiling; stir frequently.
    Reduce heat to simmer, stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.
    Serves 4.
