The Best Pork Barbecue(For Slow Cooker) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) pork shoulder, cooked
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Remove meat from bone; cut in chunks and place in slow cooker. (Discard skin, fat and bone.)
    Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil in a small saucepan or in cup in microwave oven. Pour over meat.
    Stir thoroughly and cover.
    Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
    Serve on hamburger buns with cole slaw.
