Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen hash brown patties
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 lb. sausage
    4 eggs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Defrost hash brown patties and crumble them in 9 x 13-inch pan, about 3/4 to 1-inch deep.
    Brown the sausage and spread over the hash browns.
    Grate or shred the cheese and spread over sausage.
    Beat eggs with milk and pour over cheese layer.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until bubbly, about 15 minutes.
