Poultry Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. dry or prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. celery, diced
    3 qt. lightly packed day old bread cubes
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Bring to boil the water, onion, butter, celery, poultry seasoning, pepper, salt, mustard and parsley.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Pour over bread cubes.
    Stuff meat.
    Bake until meat is cooked.
