Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. scallops
    2 Tbsp. diced onion
    1 can mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. mushroom juice
    2 Tbsp. flour
    bread crumbs
    paprika
Preparation
    Reserve 1/3 cup mushroom juice.
    Saute onions and mushrooms in margarine.
    Add juice, milk, flour and scallops to onion and mushrooms in baking dish.
    Top with bread crumbs and paprika. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
