Beggars Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices cubed buttered bread
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. browned pork sausage
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place cubed bread in greased casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer drained sausage over bread cubes; sprinkle the shredded cheese over sausage.
    Combine beaten eggs and milk; pour mixture over ingredients in casserole.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
    Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 12 people.
