Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 large can mixed vegetables, drained
1 c. water chestnuts, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Mix all together and pour in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover with crumbled Ritz crackers.
Melt 1 stick butter or oleo and pour over all.
Bake until done, about 30 minutes, at 350\u00b0.
