Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and diced
    1 can diced green chilies
    1 bunch green onions, diced
    12 flour tortillas
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 to 3 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Combine soup and sour cream.
    Set aside half of mixture to use later.
    Also save back at least half of diced green onion and shredded cheese.
    (I like to use Longhorn or sharp Cheddar.) Combine remaining ingredients except tortillas.
    Put the mixture in each tortilla and roll together as burro.
    Spread a small amount of soup/cream mixture on bottom of 9 x 13-inch or larger pan.
    Line filled tortillas in a row.
    Makes about 12.
