Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium eggplant, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 3/4 c. Prego regular spaghetti sauce
    1/4 c. Burgundy or other dry red wine
    1/4 c. freshly grated Stella Parmesan cheese (2 oz.)
    1 c. shredded Stella Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
Preparation
    Arrange eggplant slices in single layer on cookie sheet; broil 4 inches from heat 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
