Country Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    4 c. cooked cubed potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    6 eggs
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook 6 slices of bacon until crisp.
    Remove from skillet and pour off excess fat.
    Add 4 cups cooked cubed potatoes, 1/2 cup chopped green pepper and 2 tablespoons onions.
    Cook until browned.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Break 6 eggs over potatoes and cook until eggs are done.
    Sprinkle with 4 ounces of cheese and crisp bacon.
    Cover until cheese melts.
