Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean ground beef
    3 tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt (heaping)
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    9 drops liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix together in a large mixing bowl and cover; refrigerate. Mix every day for 6 days.
    Form into sausage-type rolls and bake on a broiling pan for 3 1/2 hours at 180\u00b0.
