Roasted Sweet And White Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
    2 lb. Russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 large onion, cut into eighths
    8 cloves garlic, cut into halves
Preparation
    Put butter, oil, potatoes, onion and garlic in 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until done. Stir every 10 minutes.
