Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. long grain rice
    4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    3 eggs
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 medium carrot, grated
    1 medium zucchini, grated
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. crumbled marjoram
    1 c. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease pie pan.
    Mix rice, 2 tablespoons cheese and one egg.
    Press mixture over bottom and sides of pie pan.
    Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes.
    Cool.
