Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. raw shrimp, peeled
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 stick butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 can chopped pimento
    1/4 c. breadcrumbs
    1/3 c. parsley, chopped
    1 c. onion tops
    2 Tbsp. hot sauce (Tabasco)
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. crab meat (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onion, bell pepper, garlic and celery in butter until soft and tender.
    Add soups, parsley, onion tops, shrimp and pimento.
    Stir and heat until hot.
    Stir in rice and pour into a 3-quart greased casserole.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
