Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pineapple chunks
    2 apples, cut up
    1 can mandarin oranges
    1 can fruit cocktail
    1 c. mini marshmallows
    1 small box instant vanilla pudding
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. grapes (optional)
    1/2 c. coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Drain oranges and fruit cocktail. Save juice from pineapple. Mix all other ingredients, except pudding.
    Stir well; place in a bowl.
    Mix dry pudding with pineapple juice.
    Pour over fruit. Chill before serving.
