Crab Newburg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 qt. milk, heated
    1 tsp. yellow food coloring
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. hot sauce
    3 lb. cleaned crab claw meat
    1/4 c. dry white wine or to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Slowly blend in flour over low heat 3 to 4 minutes to cook flour.
    Gradually add hot milk, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.
    Add seasonings and crab meat.
    Blend.
    Serves 12 to 14.
