Toasted Butter Pecan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box powdered sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 lb. margarine
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Toast pecans in 2 sticks of margarine. Prepare cake mix as directed, adding 1 stick of margarine and 1/2 of the pecans.
Bake in 8-inch round cake pans.
Let cool.
