Salsa De Barbacoa(Barbecue Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. fat
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chili paste
    2 c. strained tomatoes
    6 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cook onions and garlic in fat until tender; add remaining ingredients and boil for 5 minutes or until thick.
    Pour over broiled or roasted meat, or use as sauce for reheating cold meat. Serve very hot.
