Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8-10 red or white potatoes
1 medium onion
1 pt. half and half
1 lb. velveeta cheese
4 c. water
salt and pepper to taste
6 chicken bouillon cubes
6 Tbsp. flour
4 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Cook onion and potatoes together in large pot.
Cook the remaining ingredients together until cheese is melted.
Drain potatoes and onions.
Add rest of ingredients together and simmer together.
Add green onions or chives and bacon bits on top when served if desired.
