Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

15 oz. can Pumpkin
3 C. Sugar
1 C. Oil
2\\3 C. Water
4 Eggs
3 1\\2 C. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 1\\2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1\\2 tsp. Ginger
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour bottoms of two 9x5-inch loaf pans.
In large bowl, mix pumpkin, sugar. oil, water and eggs. Beat for 1 min. at medium speed.
Add remaining; blend at low speed until moistened.
Bake for 65-75 min. or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 5 min. and remove from pan.
Freezes Well.
