Green And Gold Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10-inch pastry shell, baked and cooled
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 medium zucchini, sliced thin
    2 medium yellow squash, sliced
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium tomato, peeled and chopped
    1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    2/3 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. basil
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Saute all vegetables and spices in the margarine.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Combine eggs and cream.
    Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan or Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until set.
