Beef Chausauer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak or chuck steak
    1 small sliced onion
    1 (16 oz.) can Italian style tomatoes
    1 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
    1 to 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. green olives
Preparation
    Cut steak into 1/2-inch strips.
    Brown beef and onion in oil; drain.
    Combine all other ingredients; add to beef.
    Cook on low heat for an hour, or until beef is tender.
    Serve with bow tie noodles.
    Can serve over noodles or as a casserole by mixing meat and noodles in casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Heat in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
