Fresh Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. frozen coconut
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 c. sugar
    baked 2 layer yellow cake
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
    After cake is cooled, split layers and put coconut mixture between the layers and on top.
    Let set in refrigerator for 2 to 4 days in a covered container before slicing.
    This draws the flavor out more.
