Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon, sliced thin
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 medium potatoes, cubed
    2 c. water
    1 large can evaporated milk
    2 (11 oz.) cans corn
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Saute bacon and onion until lightly browned.
    Add potatoes and water.
    Cook until tender.
    Add evaporated milk, corn, salt, pepper and butter.
    Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve.
