Champagne Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries and juice, thawed
2 bananas, sliced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. whipped topping
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar.
Fold in fruit and juice, then the whipped topping.
Pour into 7 x 11 x 2-inch pan or loaf pan.
Freeze until firm.
