Semolina Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1/4 c. pimentos
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1 c. uncooked spaghetti (break in quarters)
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add flour and make smooth paste.
    Add milk and cook 10 minutes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add cheese, green pepper, pimento and eggs to cooked spaghetti.
    Mix all together. Bake in buttered dish 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    If desired, top with 1/4 cup olives for garnish.
    Serves 6 to 8.
