Ingredients

3 large oranges
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 medium onion, chopped (1 1/2 c.)
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. lime juice
1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger root
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 c. chopped almonds or walnuts
Preparation

Peel oranges, reserving peel.
Section oranges over bowl to catch juices.
Remove and discard white membrane from peel. Finely chop enough peel to make 1/4 cup.
